Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere says he is always looking to learn from team-mates Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
Ozil has been criticised frequently during his two-year stay in north London but his probing performance on Saturday was recognised by his own fans, while Alexis fired home a stunning second at Wembley to put the match beyond Villa.
And Wilshere says he looks up to the pair of them, telling the club's official website: “We’ve got players who can hurt teams with Alexis and Ozil, world-class players we’ve added in the last two seasons.
“Ozil has had a great season, he’s settled, and Alexis having a first season like he’s had is unheard of, so we are looking forward to next season.
“Mesut’s a player I look up to. When he’s on the pitch, surrounded by players and under pressure, he’s always got his head up and looking around.
"There’s more to come from Mesut and I’m sure he’ll improve even more next season.”
